What is #TeamUpWalk?
#TeamUpWalk is all about supporting fellow Veterans by promoting both mental and physical health through daily walks. Taking a daily walk not only gets your body moving but also enhances brain function, improves mood, and helps reduce stress—key benefits that can make a huge difference in your everyday life.
When we walk together, we show that no Veteran is ever truly alone in their fight.

Join the Operation Brain Health Strava Club:
